A note on the operators
The two non-clinician roles in the practice are Lena Vasiliev (operations director, runs the front desk, the schedule, the dispensary, and most of the spreadsheet that keeps the practice from collapsing in on itself) and Cassidy Robineau (medical assistant, runs the lab draws, the vitals, the inventory, and the phone). Neither has a bio page in the public-facing site at their request; both will be at the front desk if you visit, and both are the reason the practice runs to time. Their names are on the lease too.
